Project Title:   Evergreen Cemetery Pavement Repair

Owner:            Chester Fire District

The City of Chester is soliciting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for paving of a portion of the existing unpaved roads at Evergreen Cemetery located at 173 Cemetery Street, Chester, SC. The proposed project consists of approximately 900 LF of full depth paving, using cement modified base course and HMA surface course. The project also includes minor related drainage improvements as specified in the plans. The project will be bid based upon estimated quantities at a unit price and the City of Chester reserves the right to increase or deduct the quantity associated with the project as deemed necessary.
