            2019 Summer Food Service Program

The City of Chester is pleased to announce the 2019 administration of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Summer Food Service Program.   Free meals will be available to all children and teens ages 18 and under, and to those over the age of 18 who participate in school programs for the disabled regardless of race, color, sex, age, disability or national origin.  Any person who believes that he or she has been discriminated against in any USDA related activity should write to USDA, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW Washington, DC  20250-9410 or call 800-795-3272 or 202-720-6382 (TTY).

Applications for workers will be taken on March 30th, April 17th and 18th at the Chester County Library from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and at the Great Falls Library on April 13th at 10:00 am.  All applicants must bring copies of identification (i.e. driver’s license, federal, state or school ID) and social security card.  You will not be able to complete your application without these documents.  Mandatory Training for all workers will be held on Saturday, May 4th at Mt.
