The Administrative Department offers a variety of services to our citizens and employees. Our staff is responsible for all support functions within the City of Chester including all financial management, human resource activities, procurement of supplies and technical services, business license enforcement, and management of the Evergreen Cemetery. Also, the Administrator is responsible for recommending and implementing management strategies and programs citywide, aimed at reducing cost and improving efficiency.
